V predstavitvi je bil poudarek dan
- razsežnostim, pomenu in oblikam mentorstva
- pomenu mentorstva v vseh življenjskih obdobjih posameznika
- izgradnji lastne mreže mentorjev, ki nas spremljajo od obdobja študija ali še prej in tekom celotne poslovne kariere
- ustrezni izbiri mentorjev, ki nam lahko nudijo najboljšo podporo pri uresničevanju naših ciljev in reševanju različnih izzivov
- izbiri ustreznih oblik mentorstva, s poudarkom na obratnem in vzajemnem mentorstvu ter vseh skupinskih oblikah mentorstva
- vprašanju, zakaj je pomembno, da tudi sami čimprej postanemo mentorji
