Tatjana Kolenc iz Platforme Srčno mentorstvo pa je spregovorila o mentorstvu, ki poteka v okviru Skupnosti srčnega mentorstva, ki jo razvija istoimenska platforma v sodelovanju z Društvom poslovnih žensk FAM. Danes za uspešno podjetniško zgodbo namreč ni dovolj samo dobra ideja temveč tudi veliko različnih znanj, ki jih je potrebno stalno nadgrajevati in osveževati, tudi ali predvsem s pomočjo mentorstva. Mentorji so tisti, ki podpirajo in spodbujajo podjetnike in podjetnice pri postavljanju in uresničevanju smelih in ambicioznih ciljev in

- jih učijo potrpežljivosti in vztrajnosti ter kako premagovati ovire in prevzemati razumna tveganja
