Na letošnjih forumih EPUO, ki jih organizira Andragoški center Slovenije in, ki so namenjeni osvetljevanju globalnih družbeno-ekonomskih izzivov in vlogi vseživljenjskega učenja pri soočenju z njimi, je sodelovalo tudi Srčno mentorstvo.
Na povabilo organizatorja je Tatjana Kolenc sodelovala na oktobrskem forumu, katerega rdeča nit so bile osebne (čustvene) in medosebne spretnosti in kjer si je oder delila z vrhunskimi strokovnjaki in govorci dr. Bogdanom Polajnarjem iz SFU, Petro Cvek iz ACS, mag. Miranom Možino in Vido Žabot Coppo.
Tatjana Kolenc je v pogovoru, ki ga je odlično usmerjala mag. Zvonka Pangerc Pahernik prispevala razmišljanja o
- tem, kako pomembno je danes, ko nam je dosegljivo skoraj vse, znati vzpostavljati in negovati pristne medčloveške odnose, ki slonijo na vzajemnem zaupanju, spoštovanju in iskreni komunikaciji
- pomenu zgodbarjenja (storytellinga) oz. o tem, da brez zgodb ni komunikacije in da brez komunikacije ni odnosa, tega najmočnejšega lepila, ki raznolike posameznike združuje v skupnem cilju
- tem, kako pomembno je za uspešno in zadovoljujoče mentorstvo poleg razuma vključiti tudi srce
- tem, zakaj imamo dve roki oziroma, da je sreča v delitvi in ne v kopičenju dobrin
- tem zakaj je ena pomembnih nalog mentorjev tudi povezovanje posameznikov med seboj in kako povezovanje nadgraditi v sodelovanje
