Društva, ki kot najobsežnejša platforma za deljenje znanja in dobrih praks, igra izjemno vlogo pri povezovanju Slovenije s tujino in tujine s Slovenijo. Ali, kot je na okrogli mizi rekel minister Igor Papič: »samo želimo si lahko, da bi tako, kot med seboj sodelujejo Slovenci v tujini, sodelovali tudi doma«. Državna sekretarka Vesna Humar je vtisovke in vtisovce slikovito primerjala z lastovkami, ki zelo zgodaj zaznajo, kdaj se morajo umakniti naši zimi, se prilagodijo eko sistemu v toplih krajih in se vedno znova vračajo, pa čeprav se jim pogoji slabšajo oziroma možnosti za gnezdišča krčijo. Kar je bilo odlično izhodišče za okroglo mizo, na kateri so udeleženci minister Igor Papič, Jure Vajs, Vesna Makovšek, dr. Anita Senk in Bojana Selinšek, pod odličnim vodenjem Mojce Delač razmišljali o tem, zakaj in kako bi morali spodbujati študij v tujini in sočasno ustvarjati pogoje za vračanje, kako okrepiti kroženje znanja, kako znanje, akumulirano v tujini, prenesti v Slovenijo, kako olajšati odločitev o povratku in sam povratek ter kako postati privlačni zaposlovalci za Slovence v tujini in za tujce. In kaj so še posebej poudarili?
