Srčno mentorstvo se je prvič predstavilo izven meja Slovenije. Skupaj z Društvom poslovnih žensk FAM, partnerjem dogodka DAN SLOVENIJE NA HRVAŠKEM v organizaciji Poslovne skupnosti Osjeti Hrvatsku, je Tatjana Kolenc, skupaj s Tanja Mejak predstavila pomen mentorstva pri izgradnji sodelovalne, vključujoče družbe opolnomočenih posameznikov, kot odgovora na izzive sodobnega časa.
Posebej je predstavila tudi Skupnost srčnega mentorstva, ki je odprta za vse, ki so zavezani vseživljenjskemu učenju in ki se zavedajo, da znanje kot vrednota svojo vrednost dobi šele, ko ga delimo z drugimi. Povezovanje z Društvom poslovnih žensk FAM, ki združuje uspešne podjetnice, managerke, umetnice in druge posameznice, je skupnost obogatilo z dodatnim znanjem, izkušnjami, veščinami, vrlinami in generacijsko raznolikostjo. Tako lahko vsem, ki si to želijo, nudi najboljšo podporo pri njihovem osebnem in profesionalnem razvoju v vseh fazah podjetniške oziroma karierne poti. S tem tudi na najbolj neposreden način dokazujemo moč povezovanja in sodelovanja.
Verjamemo, da se nam bodo kmalu pridružili novi člani in članice in, da nam bodo mnogi sledili pri oblikovanju podobnih skupnosti v svojih okoljih.
